coconut chutney

this is the second in the series of chutneys
well coconut chutney is a must for traditional south indian breaktfast or tiffins

ingredients
coconut grated - 1 cup
tamarind - a small gooseberry size
green chillies - 1-2 or depending on taste
salt

tempering or seasoning

cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
red chillies 1-2
urad dal- 1/2 tea spoon
asofoetida a pinch
curry leaves - 4-5

grind the coconut with tamarind, salt and chillies
to this mixture add the seasoning

chutney is ready to serve
